CONRAD GALLAGHER
- CHEF - CEO -

Conrad Gallagher our CEO and chef leads the team at The Chefs Playground, Conrad hosts many of the pop up dinners as well as teaches some of the gourmet classes, most importantly Conrad carefully chooses all the chef instructors before coaching them tirelessly on presenting classes The Chefs Playground way, for the chef series we ensure the 3 hour classes are high pace, fast moving and all that attend get the full impact of the training, our weekend classes happen over a full day that involves high intensity with lots of moving parts, in most cases 2 chef instructors are involved, with a huge passion for teaching and sharing knowledge Conrad shares his Michelin star background in the kitchen creating world class dishes and sharing his knowledge with all who attend, many of the chef toys and tools from our showroom are used during the classes and available to purchase for you home, our cookbooks are from many of our favorite chefs and cooks from around the world, our clothing line ensures maximum style and comfort while cooking up a storm.

CANDICE GALLAGHER
- MARKETING DIRECTOR -

Candice Gallagher is our Marketing manager and Social Media guru and is a native of South Africa. Candice has been in the fashion industry as an international model for 20 years before studying marketing & social media. Candice enjoyed a successful career in corporate PR & marketing at leading hotel and restaurant groups around the globe, with stints in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York and Dublin. Candice manages the social media accounts for many of our clients from our Johannesburg & Dubai offices and offers a full Turnkey Solution to all marketing content needs – her skills are extended to the Gallagher umbrella companies.

NTOMBIZODWA NCUBE
- EXECUTIVE CULINARY ASSISTANT TO CEO, TEAM LEADER -

Ntombizodwa joined the team in August 2019 as Senior culinary accounts manager and has over 6 years’ experience in sales administration and kitchen designs, since joining she has gained extensive experience in concept development working on projects in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Maldives and Saudi Arabia, a keen cook with lots of passion for food and restaurants and boasts a -B.Sc. (hons.) in Biochemistry. Master of creating a motivating work environment and atmosphere, and ensures team adheres to deadlines with a cool head.

NKHALI MOLEKO
- MARKETING ASSISTANT -

Nkhali Moleko is a multi-skilled chemistry graduate and works at FC360 as a marketing assistant. Her passion for food stems from her love for Chemistry, because cooking is really just chemistry. Her work within the company is to support the managers and executives on projects directed at maximising company exposure and develop marketing campaigns.

LIZE LABUSCHAGNE
- SENIOR KITCHEN & BAR DESIGNER -

Lize Labuschagne is a Senior kitchen and Bar designer after spending 5 years as a interiors architect with several high-profile Johannesburg firms. Since joining the team she has successfully designed one of the largest state of the art central production kitchens in Southern Africa as well as a number of high profile celebrity chef show kitchens around the globe having Studied BSc interior architecture at the university of Pretoria and is now beginning her masters in interior architecture. Our exceptionally fine TCP kitchen is designed by none other than our Lize.

LINDI THERON
- SENIOR CONCEPT DESIGNER -

Lindi Theron is a qualified graphic designer and marketer who graduated with a BA Degree in Commercial Fashion at LISOF. Developing an understanding of digital marketing, graphic design, and brand preservation to enable businesses is her forte. She is behind the scenes in bringing life into company websites with the latest updates and trends, never missing a beat. She is passionate about growing in the team and profession.

SOUHAIL BOUHDID
- EXECUTIVE CHEF -

Souhail Bouhdid is an award winning chef and has won countless awards for culinary excellence, having worked with Conrad in some of the best kitchens around the world including Paris, Monaco, London and Las Vegas over a 7 year period, Souhail brings a strong kitchen management presence and concentrates in new concepts openings, trainings, menu development and head up the back of house opening teams.
