COOKING SERIES
Demonstration Class
Our classes change weekly and the dishes are never repeated which allow people to come back time and time again and continue learning. Avid cooks will work along with our award winning chef to prepare 6 extravagant dishes comprising of 24 recipes. The class is fast paced and not ideal for beginners, included a working tasting of the dishes cooked and casual wine service.
Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Classes from 18:00 – 21:00
Limited to 14 per class

Interactive Class
Our weekend classes consist of a full day and focuses on a single cuisine style per day, many of the weekend classes start with an in-depth review of ingredients and cooking utensils suited to the cuisine, from robata grill in Japanese cooking to Tandori used in Indian cuisine, and understanding of the ingredients and equipment is of most importance, weekend classes includes a sit down late lunch of the dishes prepared tasting style with casual wine service.
